You can see in the photos how the roads wind, turn, and bend left to right. See how they climb and don't stay straight for more than a hundred feet or so.

We ride for 4 hours. We go up and back, climbing to 500, 600, and more meters. If you dare to look, you’ll see a unique variety of mountain summits, raggy vistas, densely forested hillsides, deep ravines, terraced gardens, and groves of olive, almond, carob, and orange trees.
