Terms & Conditions

Cancellations:
A $50 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations made prior to 60 days.
Between 60 and 45 days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is $100 per person.
Thereafter until 21 days before departure, the fee will be 50% of the total cost per person.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received less that 21 days before departure.
Although we make no guarantees, Cycle España will give special consideration to
cancellations accompanied by a physician's certificate.

Cycle España (CE) requires that all persons participating in any activity conducted by
CE sign this Responsibility Agreement and Release as a condition of their attendance
and participation in activities conducted by Cycle España.

1) Bicycling poses inherent risks of personal injury and property damage for persons participating in such activities. I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound thereby, for
myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and
claims and damages I have against Cycle España and any and all sponsors, and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me that may occur
during my participation in any and all activities sponsored by Cycle España.
2) I verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained to fully participate in any
activity, cycling, hiking or walking, sponsored by Cycle España.
3) I am responsible for the maintenance, the safe condition, the operation of my bicycle,
and related equipment while attending Cycle España.
4) I own both a helmet meeting Snell or ASNI standards, and protective glasses, and I will
wear such equipment while attending Cycle España.
5) I possess sufficient bicycling experience (group rides, pace lines, etc.) and bicycling
handling skills to participate in the bicycling program sponsored by Cycle España.
6) While employees and agents of Cycle España may provide me with geographic directions
during bicycle rides or during hiking or walking, they do not make, and each of them
and CE expressly disclaims any representations or warranties with respect to the condition
or safety of the roads on which I will ride or walk and I am responsible for observing such
road or trail condition and determining whether I am able to walk or ride my bicycle in
light of such conditions.
7) I am responsible for providing my own insurance coverage (health, accident, theft etc.)
while attending CE, and for ensuring that such insurance covers my activities at CE and is
valid outside the USA.
8) This Responsibility and Release Agreement is governed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
